WHS Renewal & Review Checker

Two quick checks: when your high risk work licence needs renewing, and whether your WHS documentation review is on track. No sign-up, no data stored.

High Risk Work Licence

High risk work licences (cranes, forklifts, scaffolding, rigging, dogging) run on a 5-year cycle. Enter the issue date to see where you stand.

Renewal windows typically open 90 days before expiry. Most jurisdictions allow up to 12 months after expiry to renew before retraining is required — this varies by state, so confirm with your regulator if you're past expiry.

WHS Document Review

Risk assessments and Safe Work Method Statements should be reviewed at least annually, and immediately after any incident or change to the work. Enter your last review date.

This checks against the general annual standard. Some documents (post-incident, high-risk activities) may need reviewing more often — use this as a floor, not a ceiling.
