Standard build includes

  • Discovery session — brand, audience, goals, and content planning
  • Up to 6 pages: Home, About, two Service/Product pages, Contact, plus one additional
  • Pure HTML/CSS/JS — clean, fast, zero plugin maintenance
  • Mobile responsive across all devices
  • Google Analytics 4 installed and configured
  • Netlify hosting setup and deployment to your account
  • Contact form wired to your email
  • Basic SEO — page titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags
  • One round of revisions after delivery
  • Full handover — every file is yours, with documentation

  • –You provide all written copy

How billing works

We scope the work in a discovery session, give you a fixed hour estimate, and you approve it before anything starts. Hours are billed at agreed milestones at $200/hr + GST — never open-ended. The site doesn’t go live until everything is paid and you’re happy.

Discovery session

We work through your brand, audience, goals, and content. This is where the thinking happens — before a line of code is written. You walk away with a clear content brief.

Scope of Work

We send you a Scope of Work with a fixed hour estimate, page list, timeline, and milestone billing schedule. You approve it in writing. This is the first point of commitment.

Build

We build your site — clean code, mobile-first, everything wired up. You receive a preview on a Netlify staging URL before anything goes live. One round of revisions included.

Handover

Final invoice paid, site goes live. Every file is yours with full documentation and a walkthrough. After that, it’s completely yours — no lock-in, no ongoing fees to MXM.

Things people usually ask.

Most builds run 2 to 4 weeks from the point we have your content. Your timeline is confirmed in the Scope of Work before you commit to anything.
Nothing is due until you’ve approved the Scope of Work. Build hours are invoiced at milestones agreed upfront. The site doesn’t go live until all invoices are cleared.
Yes — you know your business better than anyone. We’ll give you a clear content brief during discovery so you know exactly what’s needed and in what format.
WordPress requires constant plugin updates, is a frequent security target, and creates ongoing maintenance costs. Pure HTML/CSS/JS is faster, more secure, and has zero running overhead. Nothing to break between updates.
We set up and deploy to your own Netlify account as part of the build. The free tier handles most small business sites easily. No hosting fees to MXM, ever.
Everything is yours. All files, full documentation, complete independence. You or any developer can maintain the site going forward. No lock-in, no ongoing fees to MXM.
