Not at all. If you can use a browser, you can use Perennial. It requires a one-time setup (Python 3 installation and running the launcher) — full instructions are included. MXM also offers configuration services if you'd prefer someone to set it up for you.
Yes. Perennial Command Centre runs on both Mac and Windows. It requires Python 3, which is free to install. Full setup instructions are included with your purchase.
Yes. Perennial can be installed on a shared internal server or a cloud VPS, giving your whole team access over a network. It runs in any modern browser. MXM can assist with server setup as part of our Integration Services.
Your business data is stored on your own machine or server — not on MXM's systems or any third-party cloud. You control where it lives. The AI Co-Pilot connects to Claude AI (Anthropic) when in use, but your stored business data remains local.
The $3,500 + GST licence is a one-off purchase — there are no ongoing Perennial fees. However, some integrations have their own costs: the AI Co-Pilot requires an Anthropic API key (typically a few dollars per month for small business use); email sending via Resend has a generous free tier; analytics integrations like Google Analytics are free. Any third-party tools you connect use their own plans. MXM is transparent about all of this during setup.
You receive the full Perennial Command Centre software, all standard modules (Dashboard, Products, Tasks, CRM, Marketing Hub, Analytics, Brand Brain, Document Vault, Tickets, Co-Pilot, Settings) and a setup guide. Custom module development and configuration services are available separately through MXM.
Yes. Our Command Centre Integration service starts from $750 + GST. We apply your branding, connect your integrations, set up your workflows and hand it over ready to use — or configure it remotely on your server.
