Yes. Integration services are for existing Command Centre licence holders. The licence is purchased separately on Gumroad — get in touch if you need a hand finding it.
Get in touch, we’ll have a conversation about what you need, then send you a Scope of Work with the package and timeline confirmed. Nothing starts until you approve it in writing.
Starter setup can typically be completed within a few days of kickoff. Business setup runs 1 to 2 weeks. Your timeline is confirmed in the Scope of Work.
Access to your Command Centre instance, credentials for any integrations, logo files and brand assets, and your product and service information. We’ll give you a checklist before kickoff.
Any configured element that doesn’t function as described in the Scope of Work. It doesn’t cover changes you make after handover, or changes to third-party platforms.
